returns & exchanges
Return Policy
We hope you love your Ellice Ruiz purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return your purchase within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund. We require a return form to be filled our and submitted prior to sending your order back. To be eligible, returns must be in unused condition with all tags still attached and we ask that you return the garment/s in their original packaging. It’s important to package the garment safely so it is not damaged in transit making this whole process unsustainable. We reserve the right to deny any refunds or exchanges if the return does not meet our return policy requirements. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any missing return packages and kindly request that you insure your return and obtain a tracking number for your reference.
Exchanges
For an exchange, we require you fill out and submit an exchange form. Upon receipt, we will send you a shipping label to return your purchase. Once received we will ship your new order to you.
Shipping
All orders are shipped using recyclable and eco-friendly materials.
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS every Tuesday and Friday. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
